Wood River Organics is a 40-acre family farm that produces salad greens and other seasonal vegetables that are certified organic by the Idaho State Department of Agriculture. They ensure that their soil remains healthy and bountiful by adding nutrients, rotating their crops and minimizing depletion through methods such as cover cropping and inter-planting.
