Rural Roots' 2009 - 2010 Local Food Guide for Idaho and the Inland Northwest

The Local Food Guide is a directory of Inland Northwest farms, ranches and value-added businesses that direct market sustainable agricultural products. It includes a Regional Map with the approximate location of each farm, ranch, or business. The guide is intended to increase local purchasing by environmentally and health conscious consumers by connecting them with local, sustainable, family farmers.
