INW Specialty Meats Working Group Click here to sign-up This is an email discussion and planning list for the Inland Northwest Specialty Meats Working Group (working in Idaho, Eastern Washington, and Eastern Oregon). The purpose of the working group is to develop USDA Inspected livestock and poultry slaughter and processing options in southeastern Washington, north central Idaho and northeastern Oregon. The working group is facilitated by Rural Roots.
